How many babies were born to homeless families in temporary accommodation

The National Records of Scotland has been able to identify people who died while homeless. Could they use the same sort of methods to identify children born to families living at addresses used as temporary accommodation? While the average family spends just over six months in temporary accommodation, for those who need larger accommodation in specific areas - say near a particular school - or just anywhere at all in Edinburgh - the wait is quite likely to be years.
